Printing setup

Chrome only lets a page reach a printer when the page comes from a web address. Opened straight from disk it cannot, which is why Download .zpl is the fallback.

  1. Put it on a web address. Any host works, including the Vercel setup you already use. Everyone opens the same link and nothing has to be copied around.
  2. Or serve it from the PC. Put this file in a folder, open a terminal there and run npx serve, then open the http://localhost address it prints. Nothing is installed permanently.
  3. Then press Connect printer. Chrome asks once which printer to use and remembers it.

If Connect printer says Windows is holding the printer, install Zebra Browser Print from zebra.com and press it again. That routes through the Windows driver rather than around it, and this tool will use it automatically.

Send EUCA-LOGO-to-printer.zpl to the printer once first, or labels print with no logo.

Any other column you add to the workbook becomes a placeholder, with spaces removed from the header.
